The scanners whispered “evacuation and we’re closing off the streets” and something about a fire, but I couldn’t quite make out what is, that’s when I turned it up. I spent sometime this week hanging out with Town of Gilbert trash men, as they prepare for the upcoming state Road-E-O competition on March 27. It’s not just about driving through an obstacle course but much more.
The team of drivers pride themselves on being safe drivers, working 10 hour days, driving through sub-divisions collecting trash in the town.

I get comments all the time, “You get to shoot the Suns?
