Bernice Summerfield (‘Who?’) gets animated
Big Finish Productions — which produces original, full-cast Doctor Who stories on audio — has released an animated adventure that leads into the next series of adventures starring Bernice Summerfield, a former companion to the traveling Time Lord in Virgin’s line of original novels.
Dead and Buried is now available to watch below, clocking in at just under 10 minutes.
If you aren’t familiar with Prof. Summerfield, she’s a lot like the character of Dr. River Song, played by Alex Kingston in the latest TV incarnation of Doctor Who: a fiesty galaxy-spanning archaeologist with a possible romantic link to the alien Doctor.
