What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than to watch Felicia Day do some medieval butt-kicking? The official DVD release for the video game based web series Dragon Age: Redemption has been slated for Feb. 14.

On Feb. 10, “Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace” will be re-released in theaters — this time with state-of-the-art RealD 3D technology and some fun giveaways for fans.

Let’s face it, video game rivalries are among the fiercest out there, particularly among fighting games. Well now Capcom is letting the Tekken and Street Fighter fans bump heads in their newly announced online reality TV show “Cross Assault” for their upcoming video game Street Fighter X Tekken.

Capcom will be releasing Resident Evil 6 on Nov. 20, 2012, for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. A Windows PC release will follow.

Quite a conflict has risen from two idealistic viewpoints in the world of first-person shooter video games. One group states that campers — players who stay in one spot during the entire game — are annoying pests without an ounce of gaming talent. Gamers rejoice: Devastation is coming to the Phoenix Convention Center.
The annual video game tournament and convention will kick off Thursday with an exclusive preview event and run through Sunday night.
