Local heroes kickstarting ‘Zero Complex’

Zero Complex

You might remember a few months back when the “Bohemian Rhapsody: Star Wars Edition” video took the Internet and world by storm. Well, the University of Advancing Technology crew behind that heroic undertaking is back with a new project, and they could use your help to get it off the ground.

The award-winning filmmaker and UAT Professor of Digital Video, Paul DeNigris, has assembled an incredible team (including local heroes like illustrator Stephen Failla, costume creator Allen Amis, and actress Kelly Nicole) to help create “Zero Complex,” a web-series about cosplayers turned real heroes that is described as, “Kick Ass” meets “Community.”

This looks like it could be a very fun show, and there is a lot of cool swag to be had by participating in the Kickstarter project (a mere $5 bucks gets your name listed in the credits of every Season One episode.) Take a look at their promo video, read more about the campaign on Kickstarter, and consider supporting this amazing group of local artisans.
