Phoenix’s Heard Museum to host free screening of Star Wars – in Navajo tongue
You’ve never Heard George Lucas’ 1977 masterpiece like this.
On Oct. 6, the Heard Museum’s Steele Auditorium will host a rare screening of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope dubbed in the Navajo language, a modification blessed by Lucasfilm and 20th Century Fox and sponsored by the Navajo Nation Parks and Recreation Department. And admission is free (how often can you say that about Star Wars?) — though reservations are required; call (602) 251-0218 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve up to four seats.
