A ‘Torchwood’ reunion for Syfy’s ‘Three Inches’

James Marsters (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Smallville, Caprica) is reuniting with fellow Torchwood alum Naoko Mori for a Syfy drama about a trio of underwhelming superheroes.
Three Inches will star Noah Reid as Walter, a twentysomething everyman who has the ability to move objects a short distance — 3 inches — with his mind after he is struck by lightning.
Marsters plays the leader of a group of similarly less-than-super heroes that takes him under their wing.
