For the second September in a row, downtown Mesa’s Second Friday block party will have a distinctly pulpy flavor. That’s because ENCREDICON is back — Evermore Nevermore’s Comic Review of Enlightened Drawing & Inscribing Convention — to let you rub elbows with Arizona’s indie comic book creators.

Once a month, downtown Mesa lets its hair down a little bit and stays up late, playing host to street performers and indie bands and local artisans on Second Friday.
