Hamilton-Chandler game picked up by ESPN2
Posted by Kyle Odegard on September 15, 2010 – 11:15 am
The October 1 showdown between No. 1 Hamilton and No. 2 Chandler will be televised by ESPN2.
Last year’s regular season matchup was a memorable one, as the Huskies scored with three seconds left to pull out a dramatic 24-20 victory. Hamilton would finish the season undefeated, including a win over Chandler in the state semifinals.
Both teams are stacked with talent, with UCLA-bound quarterback Brett Hundley leading Chandler and Texas-bound offensive lineman Christian Westerman highlighting Hamilton’s squad.
Hamilton is 4-0 on the season, including a win over Nevada power Bishop Gorman in the season opener. Chandler is 2-1, with its loss coming to Peoria Centennial.
Justin Kutcher and Tom Luginbill will be the announcers for the game.

forget about Chandler/Hamilton matchup…give me the best two teams in the state, Chaparral vs. Centennial….either of these two schools would pound the Chandler schools, and one already has.
Pounded? They won by 3 points and Chandler had a great chance of beating them at the end of the game. Centennial is good…but the word “pounded” is totally out of context.
