Ten of Arizona’s top senior-to-be football players have been nominated to play in the 2012 U.S. Army All-American Bowl. Those nominated will have the chance to showcase their talents on Saturday, Jan. 7 in the annual East vs. West matchup on NBC at 11 a.m.

Here’s the East Valley contingent of this prep football all-star showcase:

Chandler: Zach Hemmila (OL); Javon Williams (WR).

Chaparral: Connor Brewer (QB); Jarvis Lewis (DL); Davonte Neal (WR).

Corona del Sol: Andrus Peat (OL).

Hamilton: Kendyl Taylor (RB).

Saguaro: D.J. Foster (RB/DB)

In addition, Josh Weeks (Show Low) and Casey Jahn (NW Christian) were also nominated to participate.
