Posted by on May 27, 2011 – 5:28 pm

Calaen Robinson is one of the state’s top boys basketball recruits. He took some time earlier this week to discuss getting stuffed by the rim, his dislike of sushi, and his desire to switch places with Oprah.

Which class do you dread the most?
English. It’s boring and hard.

Reality TV show you’d be on?
I’m not Italian, but Jersey Shore. I like that show.

Song you’d sing on “American Idol”?
Any song by Chris Brown.

What would you eat for your last meal?
Chipotle burrito with chicken.

One food you refuse to eat?
Probably sushi. I don’t like cold food. It’s nasty.

Most embarrassing moment in sports?
On TV against Dobson my sophomore year, I got hung (up) by the rim going for a dunk.

Career aspirations?
Basically to just help the world, not like a doctor, but be someone that donates to the homeless.

One possession you can’t live without?
My basketball. That or my phone.

Favorite city to visit?
Las Vegas. I just like all the lights and hotels.

One person you’d love to switch places with for a day?
If Oprah was a man, probably Oprah. She has a lot of money.
