Cactus Shadows leading receiver Kyle Gladstone will miss the rest of the season with a concussion he suffered in Friday night’s 24-6 loss to Horizon, he said.

The senior had six catches for 92 yards in the first half but did not return because of the injury. It is the third concussion of his career, Gladstone said.

He had 39 receptions for 653 yards and five touchdowns this season. He is third in Division II in receiving yards and 15th in the state.

Gladstone missed nearly all of last year after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee in the Falcons’ season opener.
